All orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday through Friday are processed within 2 business days of payment verification and are shipped at a flat rate of $8. Most orders shipped via Standard shipping will be delivered via Canada Post typically within 7-15 business days of order processing. Please allow additional days for delivery to remote areas and unwanted exceptions.

Please note that on occasion, such as during the holiday period and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.

$27 CAD Express Shipping

All orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday through Friday with the Express shipping option selected are processed the same business day as the payment method is verified and are shipped at a flat rate of $27. Most orders shipped via Express shipping will be delivered via Purolator or Canada Post within 3-7 business days of order processing. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery to remote areas.

We value our customers’ trust and aim to provide the highest level of security possible. In some cases, additional information may be required to process your order and we may contact you to verify your order information. Your order will be shipped the same day your order information is verified.

Multiple Shipping Addresses / Multiple Packages

To ship to more than one address, please create separate orders.

We make every effort to ship your complete order with minimal excess packaging. However, in some instances your order may arrive in multiple packages.

International Shipping

Little Gigglers World only ships to locations within Canada and USA.

 The following requirements must be met to qualify for a shipping guarantee refund:

• Shipping option selected on the checkout page provides a guaranteed (not estimated) delivery date.
• Order is shipping to an eligible address and is correctly entered by customer.
• Order is placed before "order within" countdown listed on the checkout page. The "order within" countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the date shown. That delivery date may become unavailable within that window of time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date will be included in your order confirmation email. Please contact us with any concerns.
• Your credit or debit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed on the checkout page.
• The guarantee does not apply if we miss our promised delivery date because of an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe winter storm. Also, please note that delivery scans might be inaccurate.
• An attempted delivery on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee.
• An offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee.
